Information we collect

When you submit a loan inquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, contact information, income range, loan amount and purpose, and self-reported credit range. We also collect standard technical information that browsers send to web servers, such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL.

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, or analytics scripts that phone home to external services. Standard server-side logs are the only data collection outside of what you submit.

How we use and share your information

Inquiry information is shared with participating lenders who may review your request and contact you. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to that sharing and to being contacted by lenders via the channels you provided.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or third-party marketers unrelated to loan products. Server log data is used for security and site administration and is not shared.

Your rights and contact

You may request that we delete your inquiry data by contacting us at hello@apply-loan.com. We will honor deletion requests to the extent our data retention obligations permit. For questions about this policy, contact us at the same address.
